1. Article Submission Conditions
The publication languages of our journal are Turkish, English, and Russian. The types of manuscripts accepted for publication include research articles, review articles, article translations, and compilation articles. Submitted works must be original, unpublished elsewhere, compliant with academic ethical principles, and capable of contributing to various disciplines within the social sciences and humanities. The double-blind peer-review principle is applied during the evaluation process.
2. Article Format and Preparation Principles
The cover page must include the following information:
For articles written in Turkish, an English abstract must be provided; for articles written in Russian, an English abstract must be provided.

A minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 keywords must be included. Keywords should be written in lowercase letters, listed in order of importance, and separated by commas.

The main text should consist of an introduction and subheading(s).

Tables should be captioned as “Table 1, Table 2, …” and figures as “Figure 1, Figure 2, …” below the relevant item. They must also be sent separately via e-mail in .jpeg format with a resolution of 300 dpi.
Direct quotations must be indicated with quotation marks. Direct quotations longer than three lines must be presented as a separate paragraph, enclosed in quotation marks, indented, and written in 10 pt font size.
Mathematical expressions and equations must be written in a format compatible with Word documents, numbered, and cited within the text.
3. Book Review Articles
The title must include the name of the book, and bibliographic information must be provided at the beginning. The cover image must be added with a resolution of 300 dpi.
4. Ethical Rules and Plagiarism Check
All manuscripts are checked for similarity using iThenticate and Turnitin software. The similarity rate must be below 20%. For similarity rates above 20%, revisions are requested; manuscripts exceeding 30% similarity are rejected.
5. Peer-Review Process
The manuscript is first subjected to a preliminary evaluation by the editorial board. Manuscripts deemed appropriate are sent to two expert reviewers in the field. In case of conflicting evaluations, a third reviewer is assigned. The final decision belongs to the editorial board.
6. Submission Steps
All submissions are received through the journal’s online system. The steps are as follows: Registration → File Upload → Information Entry → Supplementary Files → Confirmation.
7. Copyright and License
Authors declare that the submitted work has not been previously published and is not under consideration elsewhere.
8. Publication Fee
No publication fee is charged for manuscripts submitted to our journal.
